You have 24 hours to exchange the product if there is something wrong with the product (if you can provide us with evidence from the photos and videos that you took when you unboxed the product). Please keep in mind that there are no refunds at all, there are only exchanges. All of the exchanges shipping fees are charged by the buyer.
